* In the Singapore Standards, only the Class A & B logos are allowed to be displayed on the fire extinguisher. This is because SCDF is educating the general public that the correct way to fight Class C and electrical fires is to first turn off the source.

* Customer will require to fill purchase date on the fire extinguisher

* Expected life span around 5 years.

* For Commercial: According to the Code of Practice SS578. It is mandatory for all Fire Extinguishers to be serviced on a yearly basis.

* For Residential: Ensure that your fire extinguisher is in optimal working condition.
